    We at The Opulent Extensions Hair Studio strive for your utmost satisfaction with our services and products. Should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, we offer a refund or exchange within 10 days of your service or purchase.

    Please note:

    Refunds or exchanges are only eligible within 10 days of the original service or purchase date.

    If the 10-day window has passed since the service or purchase, we regret that refunds cannot be issued.

    Returned items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Our Cancellation Policy:

    At The Opulent Extensions Hair Studio, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To best serve all our clients and accommodate their needs, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will incur no fee.

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

    In the event of a no-show appointment, where the client fails to arrive without prior notice, 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
